Complimentary Buffet Dinner or Set Menu

  1. This certificate entitles the Member to acomplimentary buffet / set meal dinner for two (2) guests, while dining at Monarch.
  2. This certificate is valid for one (1) time use only.
  3. Please make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of this certificate.
  4. This certificate is valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or revalidated.
  5. This certificate is non-transferable.
  6. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  7. Only one (1) certificate per table or party will be accepted.
  8. This certificate is not valid during special occasions like New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day or any other day as specified by the hotel.
  9. This certificate has no cash value and must be surrendered at the time of placing the order.
  10. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership certificate or card discount.
