Complimentary Room Night Stay

  1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to a complimentary stay in a Superior Room for two (2) guests.
  2. This benefit is inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) guests at Masala.
  3. Rooms are subject to allocation availability i.e. this certificate may not be accepted during periods of expected high hotel occupancy. Black-out dates may apply during peak periods.
  4. Please make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of this certificate.
  5. Only one (1) certificate per room will be honoured for a maximum of two (2) guests.
  6. Please quote the certificate number at the time of making a reservation. Reservations against the use of this certificate can only be made at the Contact Centre.
  7. This certificate cannot be used for reservations made through Travel Agents.
  8. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  9. This certificate is valid for one (1) time use only.
  10. Cancellation or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to be used and cancelled for further use.
  11. All extras and applicable taxes on room need to be settled at the time of check-out.
  12. This benefit is not applicable in conjunction with any special promotion or discount program and cannot be used along with any other certificate or with card benefits.
  13. This benefit is non-transferable.
  14. This certificate is valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or revalidated.
