Complimentary Room Night Stay

  1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to a complimentary one night stay for two (2) guests in a Deluxe Room.
  2. This certificate is valid for one (1) time use only.
  3. Please make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of this certificate.
  4. This certificate is non-transferable.
  5. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  6. Only one (1) certificate per table or party will be accepted.
  7. This certificate is not valid during special occasions like New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day or any other day as specified by the hotel.
  8. This certificate has no cash value and must be surrendered at the time of check-in at the hotel.
  9. This certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership certificate or card discount.
  10. Please quote the certificate number at the time of making a reservation. Reservations against the use of this certificate can only be made at the Contact Centre or with the hotel directly.
  11. Please present valid photo Identity Proof of both the occupants of the room to avail this benefit.
  12. Cancellation or amendments to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, else the certificate would be deemed to be used and cancelled for further use.
